Spoiler contains my reasoning and what I ended up doing.

I put him on a range of 66+,AQ+,KQs,AJs or in the area based on his mp raise 1st in stat. If he opens wider from the hijack than the other MP positions I guess we can include 22-55 in his range. I call preflop because I'm on the button against a nit. I would usually 3bet a TAG/LAG in this spot but the nit has a low fold to 3bet so I don't see the point.
I call the flop to hit or float. He only continues betting on the turn 22% and folds 2/3 times if I bet.

I assume he usually has a monster if he continues by betting on the turn and something like an overpair if he continues by check/calling. I raise him and hope he comes over the top though he probably fears the straight. I put him on a set by now, maybe QQ+ not willing to let go yet but I expect him to have a set more often so I plan to shove river for max value when he checks to me.

So, the board pairs on the river and the rock of gibraltar donkshoves. I tank for 1 minute thinking he is capable of read my hand and turn an overpair into a bluff, then decide he is not and fold. I also doubt he would overplay QQ+ by donkshoving the river here considering his stats.

don´t think he would bet that small on the flop and turn with set.
So I´d pretty much snapcall putting him stm like A7s or missed clubs

Do you think he would raise A7s pre as a 11/5 with raise first in from MP at 7 and CO at 8. HJ being late MP I think 7 would be the right number. Wouldn't that put him on AQ+,55+/66+,AQ+,AJs,KQs or something in that neighbourhood?

Maybe I should have given some more information on the villain. I had seen some of his showdown hands and how passive he was.

Here is another hand I have on him

I have reviewed many of the hands he has played, seems every time he has something below the prime pairs and AQ+ he wants to play he makes it a minraise. I've only seen him do it with ATs, AJs and KQs though.

      A :club: J :club:

minraise pre from MP, get called by BU

      Flop (1.35)
      A  7 :club: 4 :club:

      Bet $1 get called

      Turn (3.35)
      4

check, BU bet 0.25, nit calls

      River (3.85)
      9 :spade:

check, BU bet 0.5, nit calls

How he plays AK and rivered straight

MP bets 0.75, nit calls on the BU

      Flop (1.85)
      4 :spade: T :club: J

      MP bets 1, nit calls

      Turn (3.85)
      6

      MP checks, nit checks

      River (3.85)
      Q :club:

MP bets $2, nit goes all in for $31, MP calls.

      That was the nuts

This is what he does when he hits a hand like top pair good kicker.

Nit has K :club: Q :club: from UTG2

UTG limps, Nit limps, folds to BB who checks.

      Flop (0.85)
      K :spade: 6  3

      check, check, check

      Turn
      J :club:

      check, check, check

      River
      2 :club:

BB bets 0.5, UTG folds, Nit calls

      Does this guy bluff?

Oh, I just remembered why I don't think AA is in his range. This is how he plays AA :D

Nit has A :club: A :spade: UTG

Nit raises to $26.53 and is all in. Fish calls with JJ.

The only time I have seen him "bluff" is the Cbet which he does often enough. Then he only continues with his strong hands. This is the same villain as the J9s hand by the way.

consider your read I think you can then fold, although you may never say he would try to bluff that spot, since he is tilted.
