      My 5 cents:
      After the action on the River it looks like he has you beat. Most likely a better 4, but obviously full houses, too - which he slowplayed (ch/r river).

      In order to leave room for his random bluffs (he plays a lot of hands and has an AF of 2.5) and Ax hands which we beat I'd bet/call on river instead of bet/raising.

      A bit overplayed your hand on river. I would never-ever 3bet there on river. At the best I'd just call. You just isolating yourself against better hands and most likely a lot of better hands are possible.
