      Do we know something about UTG? Based on his stacksize he's possibly a fish...
      KTo plays very bad out of position against an early position raiser, and it's not strong enough to reraise and stack off, so i would just fold preflop.
      As you played, his flop checkbehind is quite suspicious, why did he check on this flop, which is perfect for cbetting... You can bet out turn for value, maybe smaller pairs could call you down, but it should definitely be a bet/fold, even to a minraise. Other option would be check/calling turn+river for bluffcatch, but some information on villain's tendencies would help there.

      I think it shoudl be fold pf, unless UTG is very laggy. Then you can call and play for stacks with tp hand.
      I think turn should be b/f, since I don´t see him worse hands raising for value and if you can´t call blank river what are you doing b/c turn
