      I am constantly getting the error message: "Pokerstrategy.com Elephant has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience".

      This is happening every time I try and open it up; I deleted the software and reinstalled it to no avail. Also, I've turned my computer off and back on again. It's unusual as this was not happening yesterday....

      Any fix?

      Hey Zareos,

      I don't know which operating system you are running, but try the following:

      Windows key + R (or Start -> Run) -> %localappdata% -> Enter.

      This should take you to the following folder:

      "C:\Users\Workstation\AppData\Local"

      Find the PokerStrategy.com folder and delete every "user.config" file.

      Try starting PokerStrategy.com Elephant afterwards.

      the same thing happens to me to. It was after I tried the PokerTracker and Hold'em manager. So I think it's something about the handhistory database that's all messed up.

      mrk1988 I did that but nothing was found.

      I'm using Windows XP, I tried running the "%localappdata%" but it couldn't find anything.

      It's quite irritating because I was enjoying looking at my graph going up! :P

      Okay... now my elephant isn't letting me post hands from it onto the forum. When I click the link it just takes me to the homepage... is this normal? :evil:

      Maybe it just doesn't like me.... :(
