      PRE: I decied 3b here beocsue he open mp 25% hands, FT3b 25% and 4b 8% range i don't expect he looose 4b here but i think he can 4b AK+/QQ+ and few bluffs so 36% equity + few fold equity and chance he calls my 3b worse hand i decied 3b here and when i get 4b i can't fold my JJ preflop so i 5b/getin.

      I think you can fold on the 4bet.You expect to call your 3bet because of the small fold to 3bet %,and many times he will call with weaker hands so its good to 3bet,but as you wrote the 4bet range is stronger then your hand,so i would fold.

      Very interesting to see that he is playing 19/16 and then MP has 25%. But with your plan there is of course no other way to play the hand. But I am still not really sure either I would even go for a 3bet/broke spot here. It's anyways at the best a coinflip for us.

      But basically depends on the table dynamics, how the opponent saw you. What kind of previous actions you guys had between yourself and stuff. Do you expect him to attack back against your 3bet, like you have been 3betting a lot him? Also as I see from the stat that he rather likes to Call the 3bet?

      Myself I'd still go for a Call and play postflop with just JJ and rather avoid the flippy spot.
