When to minraise and when to push in the late stage?

What are the guidelines for calling after getting shoved if minraise has been the choice?

      An example:

      Known Players:
      Position:
      Stack
      MP2:
      3125
      MP3:
      1905
      CO:
      1165
      Hero:
      2095
      SB:
      4190
      BB:
      1020

      SnG-MTT $ 1.50 (9 Players)
      75/150 No-Limit Hold'em (6 Players)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy.com Elephant 0.98.40204.1 by www.pokerstrategy.com

Preflop: Hero is BU with A :diamond: , 3 :diamond:
      3 fold,
Hero raises 1945 to 2095 ( (AI)), 2 fold, Hero gets uncalled bet back

      Final Pot: 375

According to nash that is a push.

Let us say that SB is neither restealing us very wide nor is a nit: is minraise folding against SB and calling against the BB not the better option?

posting in the hh evaluation section will give you more responses.

it depends if the blinds have a flat call range and how wide the SB is restealing.

generally, if the SB is a nit MR is better. if the SB is not a nit, then jamming is better.

also, if the SB will flat call you with any part of his range, then jamming is always better
