      I think here, blind vs blind against a reg(ish) player it's a standard stack off despite teh cold 4bet. Imo you can make your 4bet a bit bigger, to like $3 or something but i'm never folding there unless it's a complete nit. In which case i'm flatting the 3bet preflop :)
