      Hello lukezo,

Preflop: Sometimes I might even consider folding my QQ right here when the opponent is rather tighter player and having a very small amount of 3bet. At the best we anyways get a coinflip. But practically calling ain't very off if we still consider him doing 3bet looser.

      As played
Postflop: Depends really on what kind of 3bet range do you put the opponent preflop? Only hands which we might beat here is TT/JJ? TT is less likely if he is rather tighter 3bettor, might even go the same for JJ. But for the given odds shouldn't be that wrong to Call the flop but I'd definitely fold it on turn. But obviously we don't beat many hands there if he has rather nitty 3bet range, might even be safer to just fold it on flop.

      Best regards.
