UTG+1 is passive fish playing 31/6/1.3, fold to cbet 33, WTSD19 (53 hands)

BU is a nitty passive reg who will raise here and fold to reraises very often. Playing 10/7/1.4 Fold to 3bet 100 (550 hands)

Was expecting to pick up the pot very often here.

Should I just cbet flop and if called just give up on the turn with no help?

If I do take this line do we need to barrel this river card every time? Think I made a mistake here.

You 4bet preflop, so even though the fish doesn't fold to cbets that often, I think you should have decent fold equity here and it's one of the spots where you should cbet against this kind of opponent. Especially since there are a lot of cards you can keep barreling on the turn (any club, A, T, 6, probably K/Q, possibly J as scare cards).

prefer c-betting flop with fold equity, backdoor draws and also that you can barrel on scare turn cards, like J, Q, K, A
Once you c/f flop I think better is to c/f all the way
