      Missed a little value here not betting bigger on turn when I hit top pair?

      Should have been around $0.30?

      Overall seems fine to me, but yes I'd make the turn like 0,30 since he seems to be such a station and may call with any pair or low PP besides draws... you beat quite a lot there.
      River is ugly, probably check/fold is best against such a passive opponent... he doesn't seem like the kind to bluff busted draws, he's probably not going to call a third time with PP, and he may even have Ax himself

      The turn bet should be definitely a bit bigger ~$0,30 at least since we want to protect from couple of draws rather than make him get easily the draw.
