      Preflop and flop is fine.

      On the turn you don't really have alot of fold equity but you could be taking value from 66-99 and flush draws, so the 2nd barrel is fine. You could also check-fold and it wouldn't be a totally unreasonable thing to do as playing marginal holdings OOP sucks.

      On the river I think I would prefer to check-call to keep it smaller. It is unlikely that the villain made a hand with the 9 - so this could be a busted draw bluff - and I can't see the villain raising here much with just TP. You could also blockbet-call to induce the buff - maybe 25 cents at the 91 cent pot.

      From what are you trying to get value from on river? I don't really like 3barreling here. I'd at the best would consider 2barrel to protect against some draw on turn but even that might be rather Check/Fold sometimes. Of course the bet sizing on turn wasn't the greatest one either, you are simply inviting him to raise you.
