BTN's 24/18 (40 hands), looks quite solid and also steals quite a lot. He is likely intimidated by how I played on the table so far.

Would you ch/r Turn (and thus possibly take a free card) or rather bet/fold, as I did?

I was quite LAGgy at that table so I see in BTN's calling range on flop loads of draws, PPs, or perhaps overcards. They were eager to outplay me.
Ch/r turn would make it hard for him to continue with PPs and lay down his draws, right? If he checks back we get a free card and probably give up UI.

Let me know what you think.

      Dealt to Hero 4:spade: A:spade:

Hero raises to $0.20, fold, BTN calls $0.20, fold, fold

Hero bets $0.25, BTN calls $0.25

      TURN ($0.97) 3:heart: 6:spade: J:heart: J:spade:

Hero bets $0.70, BTN raises to $1.70, Hero folds

      BTN wins $2.26

      Hello inlovewithamsterdam,

Check/Raising the turn doesn't make sense and of course which would be overplayed anyways. Rather 2nd barrel it which gains you almost the same fold equity as Check/Raise. With Check/Raise you just donate more money into his pockets.

      Best regards.
