      hi all forgive me if i sound a little daft lol just need a heads up and explain how the withdraw process works.

      i play 770 poker with my $50 free am now up to £100 after a few big tor placings.

      am not withdrawing yet but need to know how to go about it. For example what is "rake" and what needs to be met to withdraw.

      cheers everyone.

      ps i plan to withdraw around £250-300 mark.

      Hi inezbg,

      It's no problem, we're here to help :)

      Nice job on the winnings so far ;)

      Firstly, I'll say for reference that there is a thread pretty much the same here and I'll use that information! But I'll put it here for you all the same :)

      So;

      Withdrawal conditions

      - $50 rake or fee
      - Minimum deposit of $20 to confirm the withdrawal method

      Winnings above $50

      - Your balance can be withdrawn after the above mentioned minimum deposit has been made

      First Deposit Bonus conditions

      -Amount: 200% up to $2.000
      - No additional bopnus code required to be entered
      - Clearing rate: $5 per 350 points at Poker770
      - Minimum deposit: 10$ by prepaid card, 20$ by other methods
      - Timelimit: 45 days after deposit

      You can withdraw winnings before you rake $50, however you have to deposit $20 first to do this; otherwise you have to wait. (This is an iPoker thing, not Poker770)

      As regards to how much rake you've mad so far, you'll need to contact Ipoker support about this, they should be able to tell you :)

      And as for what rake actually is, I'll link you to this page. But in simple terms - it's the amount of money the poker room takes from the pot in a hand you've participated in.

      If you want to know anything else, just give us a shout :)

      Best regards,

      Jim4rdo

      update:

      got no email back so i contacted online support, they said they couldnt give me my rake so far. But told me i have to earn 1000 pts = £50

      or

      deposit £100

      why is there rules for withdrawing different to the above?

      It seems like the online support have given you the conditions for releasing the bankroll protection on the free $50 starting capital, not for withdrawing.

      I can confirm that in order to withdraw just your winnings - that is, leaving the free $50 in your account, you simply need to make a minimum deposit of $20 in order to register a payment method.

      On the other hand, in order to withdraw your winnings and the free $50, you'll need to rake $50 (or pay $50 in tournament entry fees) and make that minimum deposit.

      Does that clarify the situation for you?

      Best,

      Marc

      Hi inezbg,

      Here is an explanation, hope it helps.

      Withdrawal conditions for the free $50 starting capital and winnings

      * $50 rake or fee
      * Minimum deposit of $20 to confirm the withdrawal method

      Bankroll protection, playing higher limits:

      * No Limit $0.02/$0.04
      * Fixed Limit $0.10/$0.20
      * Sit and Go $1
      * Protection will be lifted after you rake $50 or make a deposit worth $100 or more. You need contact Poker770 after the deposit.

      They probably told you the withdrawal requirements for the bankroll protection part.

      I'll check tomorrow just to be sure. Please keep us updated if you receive a reply.

      cheers everyone yes seems like they didnt understand my questions.

      so u can withdraw anytime if u have winnings? BUT first must deposit $20? even if u havent reached the rake $50 mark which is 1000 points, will take me 80 odd days to get that mark lol.

      thanks again all.

      Hi there inezbg,

      You can withdraw your winnings if you make a minimum deposit of $20 and leave the free $50 in your account.

      If you would like to withdraw the free $50 starting capital as well, you'll need to gather $50 in rake.

      You didn't at all :) Rather you ask these questions than sit confused and not knowing what to do! It didn't really help that the support mistook your question and added to the confusion ;)

      If you do need any more information you know what to do now :)

      Best regards, and GL on your poker journey!
