      Look at the hand without knowing the villain holds a set - which I am assuming because you are asking to find a fold.

      The villain could do this line with any Qx hand, 89, sets, smaller flushes. There is no way at all you are finding a fold to that river bet with a nut-flush.

      You have to value-bet the turn to take profit from Qx. Depending on villain stats you might ship it here if he raises. Vs unknown... still shipping it for Qx and flush-over-flush. If you lose to a full, bad luck.

      For the given odds I don't think that I'd give it up myself either. While he might even donk this way with weaker flushes or even Qx hands. Therefore I'd pretty much Call him down on river rather than even raise. Since with raising we can't even be sure that we will get paid anyways.
