      standard play overpair+ second nut fd in 3-bet pot
      His getting all-in range is wider than two pair+, so it should be easy shove

      What he means is that the opponents range can be a lot looser than just strong made hands. Of course there ain't that many 2pair combos here. :)

      I would say something like this:

      Board: J:heart: 2:heart: 7:heart:
             Equity     Win     Tie
      UTG    29.46%  29.46%   0.00% { QQ-JJ, 77, AJs, AJo, AhQc }
      UTG+1  70.54%  70.54%   0.00% { KdKh }

      As you see we are still ahead here. Might even add different hands into his range so practically in 3bet pot we can't really fold here with the FD in the hand+overpair. With just overpair would be different case.
