[NL2-NL10] NL10 AK, Calling 4bet

I played this very wierd, I think, but anyway.. :D I 3bet preflop with AK and he 4bet. I decided for a call and going broke postflop if I hit TP. On the flop I hit a K and checked back. I knew that I will go broke anyway, so I tried to make him bet the turn with QQ, JJ, TT, which he would probably fold on my flop cbet.

As I see now, I would probably 3bet/push preflop against him..

      Hello Alleen86,

Preflop: Nah, I don't like the Call at all here. It's either we are getting it in or just fold the hand. The problem is that we are raising against UTG range. So therefore his range will be pretty strong as well. And as he continues then most likely at the best we get a flip. Myself I'd rather 3bet/Fold if not even a Call and reevaluate further streets. You ain't gonna Call the hand profitable if you are going to Call this kind of 4bet.

      As played
Postflop: Why do you raise the turn? What worse hand will Call you there? Rather Call and let weaker hands to continue like QQ. Although I don't really see what else we beat vs his 4bet. Unless he is 4betting a lot. And I doubt the 4bet is from UTG vs BTN raise but rather LP vs blinds or something similar. Or have any others? Then rather go broke preflop. :)

      Best regards.
