Given Pre-flop action I felt its unlikely villian has a better kicker with a king than me, so am happy to call down any bets.

Considered 3-Betting flop, but figured its just isolating me against a stronger range, some of which I will be dominated by.

Check turn as villian is likely to bet a king for value himself, and allows other hands to bluff, considered board dry enough to not worry too much about protecting my hand.

Considered betting river myself, but again I felt that checking allows a rider range of hands to put money into the pot.

      Hello Philfox1985,

In those spots I actually like to donk the turn. Why? Since we most likely are ahead. Any draw or maybe even Jx might sometimes Check behind which we don't want to see. :) But played kinda cruel but I'd play the same way. Do you think he would overbet the turn with pure nuts? :D Therefore should be a reason even to ship yourself the river. ;)

      Best regards.

Put him on a king rag or complete air to be honest.

Given his aggressive line I felt its best to just keep giving him enough rope to hang himself :P

Considered a small river bet, felt it would potentially get a call / induce a shove over the top, probably the best river play here?

Guess I'd just ship it. :D He doesn't have much left anyways, plus if he has the Jx he might level himself to Call if he is a station. He ain't gonna bluff anyways with his missed draws if we even bet smallish unless you have any expectations.
