      Would you cbet that flop? I think it was a mistake, because he's folding KQ, AQ, AJ and calling with all pairs that are good for him to call 3bet.

      Guess even 3betting preflop is questionable but of course still doable. :) But most likely I wouldn't CBet here on such a board, he also seems to be rather passive player. What kind of hands do you expect him to have in his 3bet calling range?

      I think he calls 3bet with: AJs, AQ-AK, KQs, 66-JJ.
      Seems reasonable?

      I'd even consider QQ as well into his calling range. Maybe sometimes even trapping with KK/AA. But lets take something like that till QQ:

      Which means almost ~52% of his range is going to continue. Our bluff has to work if we bet into $0,95 -> $0,50 ~53% of the time. So practically ain't the best way. :) Rather skip the CBet.
