      Final Pot: $36,60

When i played this hand i only got 10 Hands of Information which indicated already that Villain is loose passive. Should i bet the Turn which commits me to the Pot anyway?
If Villain had less VPIP (seems more competent) i wouldn't call the river bet with so little information.

On this loose Player i got a little bit more information.
If the Villain was deeper i would raise the Turn to know where i'm at.

The type of player for both hands seems very similar to me.
How can i avoid such hard decisions on the River against such opponents?

if his stats are really 57/21 I think you´re way ahead of his range on the flop /turn and should play for stacks, but lets look:

      board: 9cQc6s
      Hand Equity Wins Ties
      AQ 74.79% 1,707,695 71,832
      21% 25.21% 551,923 71,832

      board: 9cQc6s
      Hand Equity Wins Ties
      AQ 70.05% 529,608 72,576
      AQ, KQ, QJ, QT, JT, 78, 56s, 67s 29.95% 205,656 72,576

So I would prefer betting turn to 8$ to then shove on blank river.
If you check turn I think better is to call river, since he can still have there missed flushdraw

      hand 2.
I would prefer raising to 5$ and then get all-in on any river card. His stack is too low to get away your tptk hand and I think he mostly has there draw than two pair+
