      Villain = 23/5/2/7(127hands)

      Preflop: Didnt 3b here because I felt I would only ISO myself against better figured he does this with TT+AKo+

      Flop:I know my flop raise is pretty awful, my thinking at the time was raise/fold as I would protect against some draws (TT/AK) at the time, but in hindsight that is such a small part of his range.

      By raising I fold out hands I beat and only get called by hands that beat me and maybe TT/AK :spade:

      Therefore I should flat call to keep these bluffs in the hand despite him probably shutting down on the turn. In addition if I am beat I have probably about 4 clean outs to win the hand (any non spade T or Q)

      Another thing: when villain pots it on the flop can we assume he would be worried about FD's coming in, therefore we can worry less about FD's anyway?

      Bad play gets rewarded on the river :f_cool: .

      No river, no fish :(

      Hello muel294,

      I just don't get it. You ain't going for 3-bet value but you are raising the flop vs pot size bet. :D What you trying to achieve there? Turn your hand into bluff? And hope he is folding some overpairs?

      But as played nothing much to add... just got a bit lucky. :D

      Best regards.
