      I don't think this is a WA/WB situation, villain could be on a straight or flush draw.

      I'd bet(/fold) the turn (~$4), and check/call the river.

      Bet/fold turn: you often have the best hand and don't want to see another . The high card doesn't change the situation too much: which Q-hand should he have that is limp/calling preflop and calling the flop?
