Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      MP2:
      $17.26
      MP3:
      $10.00
      CO:
      $4.37
      BU:
      $13.23
      SB:
      $9.33
      BB (Hero):
      $10.00

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7, 7.
MP2 calls $0.10, 3 folds, SB calls $0.05, Hero checks.

      Flop: ($0.3) 9, Q, Q (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.29, MP2 folds, SB raises to $0.58, Hero folds, SB gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $0.59.

UTG stats: 85/0 in 26 hands
SB stats: 24/2/4.0 in 56 hands

I didn't want to raise preflop because I don't like playing 77 oop against that UTG which will call alot.

Flop: I bet to see if I could take the pot down right there. But should I really bet on this flop? UTG is very loose and has position on me. Even if he calls with a gutshot he has a good equity against my pair, and any 8+ card would scare me. Following this line, and if he calls, what should I do on a blank turn? And on a turn with an overcard?

      Should I just c/f here?

Against 85/0 you´re way ahead pf, so imo you should raise for value
Even he limps smt like 60% from UTG I would prefer still raising pf to get more money in with better hand

      Hand Equity Wins Ties
      77 59.61% 4,432,240,212 64,418,760
      60% 40.39% 2,992,958,724 64,418,760

But should I really bet on this flop?
      - yes, since you have a lot of times best hand.

      board: 9QQ
      Hand Equity Wins Ties
      77 50.85% 44,186,976 2,390,508
      60% 49.15% 42,665,076 2,390,508

Equilator shows that you´re flipping there, but in reality he would raise pf very often TT+, AQ, so imo you´re likely ahead there 70% and since I don´t like to give free cards to random hands I would prefer betting out and taking down the pot.

what should I do on a blank turn?
      - I think very reasonable line would be b/f turn again for value if getting called or other option would be going to pot control, turn your hand into bluff catcher and c/c him down on blank turn and river cards

And on a turn with an overcard?
With 8x it should be c/c, Tx, Jx, Kx I´d likely c/c once since I think he has there random Ax hands that he might easily barrel once. With Ax I´d likely c/f, since his range has just a lot Ax hands and if he has smt like JT, KT he would likely also fire river.
