      You can also 4-bet pf and play for stacks, since his 5% 3-bet is definitely wider sb vs bb, but call is also fine.
      I think c/c flop is fine, although I´d likely would rather lead twice myself.
      J would give us nuts, A would likely give us best hand and diamond is also not bad card and since players can´t really give us any range if we lead KT9 boars, they would rather give us tp or two pair+ and fold weaker hands than Kx at least on the river
      He is not folding to your river bet Kx, QQ, JJ and not even sure Tx, since by checking back turn he would induce your river bluff.
