      I bet the turn because he could have many Ax type of hands. On the river I don't beat 55,88,QQ, I beat AQ but i am not sure he would overshove with this hand.

      Hero (SB): $3.87

      hi mate i think you can continue the passive line here. so check/fold flop and turn. with 44 on this board you only have showdown value really so you should not bet - you won't really get better hands to fold here and you most likely won't be called by worse. on the river i guess that's fair enough - what did CO have in the end?

      Hello mvucko,

      Well... According his line it really looks like a HUGE trap. :>

      Most likely how I would play it is if I knew that the guy had small CBet value then I'd just donk the flop to protect from overcards and find out where we stand.

      But as played the river is really cruel. The only hand we beat there is Qx something. But for 200BB to Call or Fold is the question. Q5/Q8/Q4 are out of question. So it's towards QQ/55/88. Although with 88 he would Bet the flop. So it's towards QQ/55 which only beat us.

      The real question is if he would even shove like that with AQ. :( Usually such a shove is towards only the nuts and pure nuts. Therefore really depends on the opponent and his overall play. Although I doubt that I'd get it away while we might even see sometimes AQ which trapped like that. Most likely we were against QQ/55. They can still overplay even their trips.

      Board: Q:spade: Q:diamond: 5:heart:  8:club:  4:diamond:
             Equity     Win     Tie
      UTG    66.67%  66.67%   0.00% { 4h4s }
      UTG+1  33.33%  33.33%   0.00% { QQ, 55, AQs, AQo }

      If we do add AQ into his range.

      Best regards.

      Thanks, he had QQ. Basically he wasn't a fish to overplay trips like that. I think it was stupid to call just because I had FH and especially because we were this deep.
