Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      BU (Hero):
      $10.36
      SB:
      $3.70
      BB:
      $10.00
      MP2:
      $4.83
      MP3:
      $38.01
      CO:
      $12.87

Preflop: Hero is BU with T, 8.
4 folds, SB calls $0.05, BB checks.

      SB stats: 55/16/1.8, fold bb= 0%, fold sb = 60%, fold to cbet = 63%

Should I steal here? And what if he didn't fold almost any BB/SB? And if he didn't fold well to cbets?

      Hello Tosh5457,

I'd stills teal here for the given playability with the hand and of course if we do hit big we most likely getting paid from the fish.

Also of course depends on board where we gonna CBet and where we ain't. Something like Axx, Kxx etc type of boards will be good enough to do that, plus of course even some drawy boards.

      Best regards.

But he only has 37BBs in his stack, is it still worth it to steal with this? And what would be the lower limit of suited connectors you'd steal here? 78s?

Well, you don't have to raise 4xBB. :) Against their stacks you can easily even min-raise/2,5xBB/3xBB. Usually what I do against those stacks is that I do min-raise.
