hey i'm just curious if it was alright for me to call here.. i thought since i was getting a little better than 5:1 on my money it was alright.. it was a pretty small 3bet

      Known players:
      Position:
      Stack
      SB:
      $1.71
      CO:
      $1.78
      Hero:
      $3.04

      0.01/0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy.com Elephant 0.102 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BU with 9:heart: , 9:spade:
3 folds, CO calls $0.02, Hero raises to $0.10, SB raises to $0.18, BB folds, CO calls $0.16, Hero calls $0.08.

      Flop: ($0.56) K:spade: , 9:club: , 4:heart: (3 players)
SB checks, CO checks, Hero bets $0.4, SB calls $0.40, CO folds.

      Turn: ($1.36) J:spade: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.13, SB folds.

      Final Pot: $2.49

i bet $1.13 on the turn because that was the size of SB's stack by that point.

considering how dry the board is could i have considered a smaller turn bet?

      Hello DrDunne,

Not much I would change here. :) You are getting good odds preflop. Although I guess I'd bet a bit smaller on turn but of course it doesn't matter that much anyways. If he has the Kx then he is going to pay us anyways.

      Best regards.
