Better to just call flop here?

As played I figured board was a little too wet and its best to protect.

      Known players:
      Position:
      Stack
      Hero:
      $2
      MP2:
      $2.63

      0.01/0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (10 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy.com Elephant 0.102 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

      Preflop: Hero is UTG2 with A:diamond: , Q:club:
      2 folds, Hero raises to $0.07, MP1 folds, MP2 raises to $0.24, 5 folds, Hero calls $0.17.

      Flop: ($0.51) A:spade: , 4:heart: , 2:heart: (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets $0.35, Hero raises to $0.95, MP2 folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $1.21

Never call 3bets OOP, except in very special circumstances (Villain's 3betting range is polarised, we have a premium and they are known to continue aggression postflop). But as played on the flop I c/c that and unless the board gets very bad I c/c turn and river. When you c/r the flop here the only thing he's ever going to call with that he 3bets pre is AK and maybe A4s/44/22/A2s (Depending on his 3bet range obv). So basically everything that beats you.
