I could have bet more on turn but I felt he had something really weak based on his 1/4 flop bet and turn check so I wanted to string him along. The river action makes me want to puke.

      Hello Maniatrix,

Turn: Turn is definitely a spot where I would make bigger against that kind of station. At least $4,50 even. :P
River: But here it's kinda cruel. The problem is that he is never playing this way with Kx hands. Either I don't think that he would even play this way AA. Or can we expect him to overplay this way? Therefore it's really towards rather strong made hands, doubt that he is raising hands like T9 from UTG. Therefore against his range I'd Bet/Fold it.

Obviously we could take into account the W$SD also but for the given sample there is no point.

      Best regards.

He had me beat with KK of course, I never put him on that hand.

      * note taken * - bet smallish with set for induce (drawy board). :f_cool:

      and also min-raised pre-flop :D

Our range must look strong here, Tx, FH, FD that completed on River, and sometimes TPTK if we are not too scared to bet it river. Can he think we have some sort of bluff here? I don't think so, I think our range is too strong to bluff-raise against and I guess his value raising range makes him even stronger here.

I'm going to let my inner FR player come out here and say I'm calling with A :spade: high or maybe Q :spade: high flush or better. I just don't like this situation at all with mid-strength flushes especially given its vs an FR rock.

My logic allright or am I just a super nit?

Well, not really. But even on our flushes I would have sometimes doubt. :D Usually those players rarely take bluff-lines on river.
