Do I turn my hand into a bluff by c-betting on here? What are the alternatives.

Villain is 13/5/1af/26 wtsd (3k hands)

If I check and he bets I have to fold given his stats because I dont think he is capable of bluffing me since he is so passive.

      Hello muel294,

Well, I doubt that we can much do here. CBetting is definitely fine here. Although I would do it a bit bigger ~$0,45 to avoid him raising with any crap and seeing weakness in our play.

      Best regards.
