I thought his min bet show weakness so I bet flop.
On flop, I rereraised so I thought he has some monster.
However, this board has many draw so he also bet with straight or FD hand.

      What could I do?

The flopraise is fine because as you say he is probably leading with a wide range.

Also on the turn the raise for value is good.
However, once he min3bets his range usually is a lot stronger as most fish try to lure you in the pot with those small bets.

      So I'd raise/fold the turn.
