Hey guys. First and foremost, big thanks for all the articles that you make available to people. I've been playing for a few years already but since reading these articles have realised I'm only just starting to learn now.

Just wondering if you would have played this hand any differently.

      Any feedback appreciated

      Cheers

      Hello Odin444!

Thanks for posting a hand which is a great way to improve your poker play!

I would raise bigger preflop to 10cents which is 3+2bb according to the articles

Then on the Flop I would bet a little bit bigger than you did. The Turn is interesting as you now only beat QJ since J9 would not shove here. But as soon as you bet the Turn, we should call if you only have to call 4cents :P

      Best regards,
      Gerv

      Ok thanks for that Gerv

Would you have checked the turn then? The reason I bet the turn was because of how long he was taking to call and his earlier play. I was 99% certain I had him beat on the flop and turn

      Regards

No I still will bet the Turn for value. Not betting because he mostly will c/R u is just the good old ''monsters under the bed'' phenomena
