      Villain has played 80/7 over 15 hands and hasn't shown any aggression in the few hands I seen him in.

      I was gonna write my arguments for clicking it back on him but now that I review the hand it seems it should have been a easy fold against this opponent.

      higher pocket pairs a ten and a four is in his range and I don't think he would play this way like a bluff so it should have been a fold on the min raise?

      Yep, that's true that while he even did look rather passive player then I'd just give it up right on flop. There is even an overcard on board, not really worth.
