BB is solid regular TAG 12/10/2.6, 3bet percentage 5.8 over 9.0K hands (losing 0.89 bb/100 over all those hands though). UTG is the same 28/13/3.2 we meet 3rd time already. UTG openlimped, then called, then shoved over reraise... it's most likely a set and even if it is awkwardly sloplayed AA, then I have nothing to do there with my QQ. Please evaluate:

      Grabbed by Holdem Manager
      NL Holdem $0.50(BB) Replayer
      SB ($48.25)
      BB ($49.75)
      UTG ($34.60)
      UTG+1 ($64.18)
      UTG+2 ($52.37)
      MP1 ($50)
      MP2 ($51.43)
      CO ($49.25)
      Hero ($53.83)

      Dealt to Hero Q:spade: Q:club:

UTG calls $0.50, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to $2.25, fold, BB calls $1.75, UTG calls $1.75

      FLOP ($7) 2:club: 3:spade: 4:heart:

BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $5.25, BB raises to $14, UTG raises to $32.35 (AI), Hero folds, BB folds

      UTG wins $38.25

Agree that you have to fold QQ that spot.
Although I might get all-in against UTG, BB also shows a lot of strength, so I think I have to fold.
If I have reason to expect that BB is c/r wide and might fold to UTG shove I would consider stacking off QQ that spot.
