You should really post in the right forum and convert the hand. Anyway its an easy fold. He has all the sets in his range that missed the turn c/r and didnt want to c/r the flop since this flop is as dry as it gets.

Regs on NL50 are never ever bluffing like this in that spot since it really looks like you hit that 3 and he really doesnt have that much air in his range on this board anyway after calling the flop.

His also not value raising any worse hands. Im 99% sure if he has AJ here his calling and he might fold some weaker J's but his never going to value raise with just a J here and even if he has J8 his 2pair is counterfited so his not raising that either.

He also doesn't have any worse 3's in his range either considering his gap between PFR and VPIP is 3% so its pretty much impossible for him to call a worse 3 OOP unless his on tilt.

      Hello Meckh20,

Welcome to the NL Hand Evaluation Forum! Hopefully we will see more hands from you in the future. I hope that with our help you can improve your play and as well move up the limits. We will be waiting for the next hands and till that good luck on tables!

Flop: I'd still be ta bit bigger and not make it look way too weak hand, ~$2.
River: Against that kind of line I doubt that you winning there much. Even if I would raise it there then I'd still go for a fold. He is never-ever raising there any overpairs for value. Also doesn't have that many 3x in his range.

      Best regards.
