      27/23/2.9
      fold to cbet 40
      wtsd 26
      hands 498

I don't cbet because he does not like folding. If there is a scare card on turn or river my plan is to bluff.

But on river he bets small, so I put him on weak hand and just try to make it fold. But if he is thinking at least a little - he can put me easily on a bluff, because I checked 3 streets. Just wanted to try and see.
Guess I should not do that :D

You might easily have the best hand on the river, so I´d just call there. He would not b/f better hand, since your line doesn´t make no sense and he can go to showdown after he b/c river, so you likely get called a lot of times.
