Villian is 25/19/2.9 over ~300 hands, 13% 3bet (20% from SB over 30 opportunities). My steal from the button on that table was over 92% (small sample obv), but he was 3betting me from the small blind a lot and this is only the 2nd time i'd played back (I 4bet Axs a few orbits ago, he folded).

fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to $0.90, SB raises to $3, fold, Hero calls $2.10

SB checks, Hero bets $8.50, SB calls $8.50

      RIVER ($32.90) Q:club: 2:diamond: Q:heart: K:spade: 4:spade:

SB checks, Hero bets $23.45 (AI), SB folds

      Hero shows A:heart: J:diamond:

      Hero wins $31.26

Thoughts? Turn bet is what im not sure about, I planned to check behind most turns if he checked, but thought this K hits my range so much I have to bet, repping hands like AQ/AK/KQ, etc, to get folds from hands that beat me (ie PP, AK) and setting up for a river shove which I would do with a value hand.

He would go pot control on the turn more often on the turn, but if you´re willing to shove most rivers (players would not like to play stacks that spot with TT/JJ) although I´d likely call you down that spot with TT/JJ.
So it depends a lot against players. Some would give up on the river, other would put you on floats and call down. So you can mix up your play by checking back turn and then checking it down or turning your AJ into bluff.
