      SB: $14.95

      Pre-Flop: K:heart: A:heart: dealt to Hero (UTG)
Hero raises to $2, MP folds, CO calls $2, 3 folds

      Flop: ($4.75) J:heart: 8:club: 5:diamond: (2 Players)
Hero bets $3.25, CO calls $3.25

CO is 39/0/0.5 over 18 hands. I decided to make a blockbet on the river

For that reason I like c/c river.
You could beat only bluff here and your river bet is way too small to induce the bluff, so I would call.

I made the blockbet because of this thinking: If I bet myself, with his AF he would just call or fold if I have the better hand... If he has me beat he would raise me... so I lose only my blockbet BUT if I check to him and he has no hand, he would just check behind, if he has a decent hand and bet out... it would be for more then my 9$ blockbet... so I have to call more to see showdown, that's why I decided to make a blockbet...

But you have to understand that these 1/3 blockbets could induce bluffs.
Better make 1/2 or even 2/3 bets.

You may c/c turn or bet the turn and c/c the river. I don't think he will pay too often 3 barrels with a weak pair...

If you check/call the turn, how to proceed on river? check/call again a reasonable bet (max 2/3pot) or bet/fold?

Don't use reads after 18 hands...
I'd suggest at least 50 for "some" information. Personally, I display my own stats at the tables and without playing differently, I could be 0/0/0 at one and 60/50/9 at another after 30 hands.
