BU vs SB and CO vs SB it is very hard to get away AK pf, so I also think you played these fine.
Against 62/28 he might easily 4-bet there for value AQ and maybe even AJ. 21/15 is a little closer decision, but if you´re keep 3bet/folding then you´re likely getting eat alive nl 50 tables.

Is there any article to read about that how we suppose to react to opponents hands with AK ? I know it's really "heavy" hand to play being OOP

Didn´t find specific article, but I think it might be useful playing deep:
      http://www.pokerstrategy.com/strategy/bss/1588/3/

      Generally with AK:
      - you´re not really can´t 3-bet/fold too often aggressive games, since players would get all-in with AK+ they might easily sometimes 4-bet bluffing, so you need to have hands that can go over 4-bets (besides your KK/AA)
If you´re against nits you can 3-bet/fold pf, since then don´t usually get all-in with worse hands.

But generally consider AK for 100bb nuts pf and you can easily get all-in expecting to show profit in the long run (even if you´re flipping a lot of times against pp-s, players would then respect a lot more you 3-bets when you´re 3-bet semibluffing and you can win your money back that way)
