Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.01/$0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

      Known players:
      BB (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4, J.
      UTG2 folds, MP1 calls $0.02, MP2 calls $0.02, MP3 calls $0.02, 3 folds, Hero checks.

      Flop: ($0.09) 6, T, 2 (4 players)
      Hero bets $0.08, MP1 calls $0.08, MP2 calls $0.08, MP3 folds.

      Turn: ($0.33) 7 (3 players)
      Hero bets $0.33, MP1 calls $0.33, MP2 calls $0.33.

      River: ($1.32) J (3 players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets $1.32, MP2 folds, Hero calls $1.32.

      MP1 shows 5 K

Was I just unlucky here? Or should I have folded to the aggressive final bet? Given that he only called the first two rounds of betting it hadn't really entered my mind that he might have the flush too, I think maybe I underestimated him here and figured he was just bluffing it.

      Hello numbnutter,

Well, I'd still bet the river myself. I mean why do you Check there? There are still a lot of worse hands which even may pay you. Rather ship yourself than Check/Call it.

      Best Regards.
