      The SHC indicates that I fold this or call if one other player has called (I don't actually understand why this is). It seems to me that open raising would have been a better option and I would most likely have won pre-flop.

      I bet the flop to test if the BB had hit anything.

      Preflop: If you want to play such hands then raise them up, ever limp in. You ain't gonna play them profitable in long run.

      Postflop: Well, of course you can bet it here on flop, although I would rather prefer to do that with having the initiative preflop. :)
