Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.01/$0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

      Known players:
      SB (Hero):

      UTG2: VPIP: 29, PFR: 8, 3B: 0, AF: 4.7, Hands: 49
Should I have 3bet on the flop? For some reason I was afraid of set or better. But with 49 sample hands he seems to be loose/agressive and thus he could have just had smaller pocket pair or 8x maybe?

Preflop: Hero is SB with A, A.
      UTG2 calls $0.02, 5 folds, Hero raises to $0.11, BB folds, UTG2 calls $0.09.

      Flop: ($0.24) 8, 3, 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.18, UTG2 raises to $0.40, Hero calls $0.22.

      Turn: ($1.04) 9 (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG2 bets $1.44(All-In), Hero calls $1.44.

      River: ($3.92) 5 (2 players)

      Final Pot: $3.92.

      Results follow:

Hero shows two pairs, aces and threes(Ad Ah).
UTG2 shows two pairs, threes and twos(2d 2h).

Hero wins with two pairs, aces and threes(Ad Ah).

bet-call, check-call is fine here vs such a player (29-8, 4.7 AF) Id expect to see hands like 66-JJ here from the villain alot.

You could bet-raise-shove the flop but you might move him off stupid hands - like 22 :)

Sometimes - rarely - you are behind 88 or 3x, but a baby pair on the flop is actually a great result for a big overpair. It drastically reduces the number of small sets you need to be afraid of - from 3 to 1 - and most players wont play a 3x hand, even weird loose idiots like your villain in this pot.

      Hello K6ngsepp,

Well, he can't really have set or better. :D Set would be FH. :) So rather trips or better.

But well the problem on flop is that we are going to be OOP on turn and if he even has any kind of draw then we just don't want him to Check behind in those spots. Which is even your line. If any other blank would have come then he could easily Check behind. So for that reason being OOP I'd just 3bet it right on flop and try to get it in.

      Best Regards.
