Should have bet out on turn?

Was happy to take a free card with nut flush draw, but with top pair & kicker probably should have bet to protect hand & get value?

Looking back on this hand, the turn play feels pretty horrible, even the flop could have been a raise?

      Hello Philfox1985,

Preflop: Against CO you can as well even 3bet, his raising range is pretty wide here.

      As played
Postflop: Well, both plays are fine. While not that many worse hands will Call you on turn then Checking and taking pot control is fine. Although betting is an option as well to get value from Ax hands.

      Best Regards.
