3 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, CO folds, BTN calls $0.40, 2 folds

      Flop: ($0.95) 2:spade: 7:club: 5:diamond: (2 Players)

She had shown a couple hands at showdown where she she had raised big on all street. First minraise. I thought she was weak (and she was).

Is this a good spot to fire a second barrel or is this way too aggressive/fold fold flop?

Fold flop. The second barrel doesn't make sense - a 9 doesn't chance the situation. A good scare card would be an A or K, but at this limit you shouldn't fire 2 barrel bluffs too often as you get called way to much.
