      He only called on preflop so I had to care about trips or JT.
      or could I still have enough odds even after reraised on turn?

      There is no way we can fold here anyways vs his stack while he could ship with draws/worse made hands.

      If we had 100BB then yep, we would be more inclined to fold our hand since I don't expect him to raise there with just pairs. They rarely raise the turn in this spot with weaker hands.
