      Have you ever tried to ask Poker770 Suckpport to send you a copy of the hand history of a tournament?... just because the crapy poker software failed to save the files correctly

      How many emails are there needed to have Poker770 Suckpport to send you a single Hand History file???
      How many days are there needed to have Poker770 Suckpport to send you a single Hand History file???
      How many people need to be involved to have Poker770 Suckpport to send you a single Hand History file???

      Well... In my case its been 15 emails, 3 days, and 5 agents between customer suckpport and technical donkspecialists and soon a stupidvisor.

      .... and still I have not got what I asked for: a simple Hand History file of a single tournament.

      At this point I am so mad with Poker770 that I dont care about the hand history anymore,... but I want to see how far the bring this. how far will the go avoiding to give me what I requested.

      They keep on asking me to reisntall the software, take screenshots, sent them the whole hand history folder... I guess they forgot to ask me to format my C drive!

      So far it has gone I think out of this world unaceptable.

      Why the poker software is storing only a few hands of each tournament?

      If I check at location <C:\Poker\Poker 770\History\PSRXXXXXXXX> I see a hand history for all my tournaments, but each tournament does not have all the hands.

      Like for example, the $1,500 Dragon R/A that I requested.. only 106 hands of the final table were stored. All the other hands of that same tournament were not saved.

      The only good point in their favor is that they tried to call me by phone after I sent them that last email, unfortunately right now we are having a a tropical storm and telecomunications are going up and down... so I could not hear them before getting disconnected.

      Now I am just finding it FUNNY.
      This is not a serious poker site.
      They are stealing the rewards (points) from tokens,
      I even read out there that ipoker sites are admiting to have bots.... I looking forward to remove all my money from there soon.

      yes those ipoker network rooms are awful, responses always same robot crap all the time... I personally wouldn't recommend anyone to play there. and that stupid crap about step SnGs not awarding points for playing is just hilarious.

      Please take into account that the main reason for our long e-mail exchange is that our Customer Support was trying to fix your inconvenient so that in the future you could follow the tournament/cash table history directly from your Poker770 lobby.

      ya poker770 stop stealing poker points from the tokens, every other sites don't do that but you do! ^ and lol didnt hamlet say he doesn't care about the HH anymore fail much suckport? and you are 3 day late on it

      Investigation must be complete? With detectives and police? What are you investigating? It's not rocket science. The nature of inconvenience is "YOU DIDN'T SEND HAND HISTORY FOR A WEEK NOW".

      10 days and I have not seen the hand history yet!

      They are not even telling me what is going on though in their last email they said "they are handling my request with priority"

      support770 here said that they already sent it to my email, but that is not true.

      This is a VOMIT of support! :facepalm:

      it's one of those times in that you'd be okay if they just told you straight away that they couldn't send you the HH for whatever reason, but now as you've gone so far it's a matter of honor to get the darn thing already

      Im dealing with their support for the 15+ days getting exact same bull#$% response emails... saying the same old shi"#$ over and over...
      I never got an answer to what i wrote to them... and the days go on...

      Im sorry i didnt read more before started playing there.

      I hope some one else does read this and similar topics regarding poker770 befor depositing.

      do you not realise that the customer comes first?
      not only is the software bugged, but when you have problem, all you get is a robot response email saying we have received your email and will respond soon blah blah blah

      well i been waiting 5 days now for that response, this just is not good enough in my opinion, rather than getting irate and emailing them again and again i have just cashed the lot out

      so well done 770 you have just lost a customer
      mind you i wont miss your space invader software

      But the support button in your poker room is most of the time greyed out

      I have a minor issue i wanted to contact support since a month but everytime i login its greyed out. Its a small issue so dont wanna put an effort in sending an email.

      Something you should seriously look into if you want people to contact you via support

      Other than that i have had no issues with support when it is available and withdrawals
      I suggest you guys be a little more aggressive inn providing support so issues like a asking for HH is something that can be solved instantly
      If not atleast replied to that it cannot be solved

      I can not miss this chance to jump in.. I think this is worst possible costumer service they have.

      I asked question about sattelite ticket .. took week to answer and it was expired by then. So i wrote thanks alot for taking that long time to asnwer that it expired and they sent answer again with pretty much copy / paste from previous.

      I hope You get a better job, where You won't HAVE to talk sh#t to "customers".

      Any way i got my cash in my moneybooker today(14 days & a bunch of emails) but i still strongly believe there was some very funky sh#t(money laundering, what not) going on with my money while it was gone missing (approx. 10 days ) as no one could explain to me where (on what account) MY founds were at the time.

      Any way, if some one wanna bet in what time poker770 loses their license to legally operate in EU im the one saying its less than 400 days .

      I hope there is some one who has positive experience with 770.

      Regarding the "Online Support" option from our lobby, please take into account that our Online Customer Support Department can only treat a certain number of players at a time. Once this number is reached the option becomes unavailable.

      You can either wait until it becomes available again or to try to get in contact with us by telephone at (+44) 207 193 5596 or by sending us an e-mail at support@poker770.co.uk.

      I would like to assure you one more time that all received e-mails are answered by our Customer Support. However, do keep in mind that we are contacted daily by thousands of players. We do our best to respond to player requests within 30 minutes and I can guarantee you that we do not use copy/paste responses.
