unusually bad customer service.

      i won the macau main event package a few days ago and everything looked in order.
      well until now.
      so 2 days ago i mailed the hotel just to confirm mr room reservation and they said there isnt a rook reserved under my name.
      i thougght that cant be right so i asked them to check again and same answer.
      so i mailed to macau@pokerstars.com.....people who look into this matter.
      its been 4 days and no reply.
      i mailed support@pokerstars they tell me they are forwarding my mail to the concernd team to which i have already mailed but no response.
      now i have to leave in a few days and i dont even know if i will be able to stay in that hotel or not.
      and this is leaving a bitter taste because you do not expect this from pokerstars.
      if a representative is reading this please please i beg you to look into it and give me an answer.
