      Since he raised UTG you don't need to protect much as there aren't many draws in his range.

      Wether to 3bet small or shove depends on what he perceives the different betsizes to be.

      If you think he can't fold an overpair in any case a shove is the best option, but I think generally a shove looks quite strong so I prefer the small 3bet.

      Depending on how aggro he is you should consider checking (with the plan of shoving) the turn - most regs will just bet all their overpairs in this spot "to protect" whereas when you bet they can find a fold because your line is quite strong.
