I am 3beting for value, because I expect him to call with worse hands. My hand plays well against him in 3bet pot, because it has high card value, it can make flushes and straights. Most of the time I expect him to call my 3bet and just fold to a cbet.

I am calling his 4bet only because its minraise (4:1), my hand is suited and we are 170bb deep.
I think I should bet the turn, because of extra 3 outs (GS+FD+1overcard)

Being deep I think better is to fold pf since he would likely call or 4-bet quite wide range. If got 4-bet fold is likely better. You just can't handle heat being oop. Postflop you likely have to bet at some point to make him fold better Ax hands. If you c/c flop then I like c/rai turn to have most fold equity. Since tyrn went c/c then bet 1/2 pot and take pot down.
