I think this guy was probably thinking the same thing that I was thinking the entire hand. That he had a lower pair. Was there any point in me making the turn bet? Would it get any hands to lay it down?

      Hello clandestineAl,

Well, you have a leak in your bet sizes overall especially on turn. I mean do you really think he is ever going to fold any better PP there like 99/TT vs 1/2 pot size bet? I'd rather make a normal bet ~$0,70 at least and then most likely hope to get free showdown if you really consider him Calling also down you with a lot worse cards, maybe even overcards.

No point to make such block-bets as you do, way too small and you exactly representing the hand you have.

      Best Regards.
