[NL20-NL50] NL20 FR - AK as preflop aggressor

Both villains are not very good regular TAGs, fold to Cbet percentages above 60 for both. I interpreted his turn raise as "test" (he probably had lower pair and wanted to check if I really have hit the ace) and called. After Q on river I figured that he will not call with worse anymore, so I checked. Please evaluate:

I would likely just jam after his reraise on the turn, sometimes he might stack off with a worse ace but when you call hes never going to shove the river with a worse hand.

He shouldn´t c/r turn with worse Ax hands, so I´d also b/c turn although against middlestack you can also consider shoving.
I´d personally bet 5$ on the river since I think he would shoved all the better hands
